Post jam game patch.

Hello! 

This is the first patch since the Jam, let me know how balanced the game feels!

• Made some clarity adjustments, batteries stand out a lot more, and computers are more obvious when active.
• Shield's actually block damage to ships  as intended.
• Ships now sway back n' forth like they are zooming through space!
